SHIPPING

For Our BeauTeas within the US:

At the BeauTeaBar, patience isn't a virtue. It's what stands between you and nontoxic product junky heaven, so we are committed to getting you your goods… quickly!

Here are a few rules that apply to our shipping procedures:

Orders placed before 12pm EST on Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Any order requiring overnight delivery MUST be placed before 12pm EST in order to be shipped out the same business day. 

Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.

All orders will be delivered via Priority Mail from the US Post Office and typically arrive between one and three business days. 

Any order over $75.00 (US) will receive complimentary shipping which will be deducted at checkout. Please note that the use of discount codes could disqualify your order for free shipping.

 For Our International BeauTeas:

International customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges, which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local government for specific details.

By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.

International Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service via International First Class Mail. Delivery times vary greatly by region.

If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for packages that are lost or stolen in transit once they have reached their destination country. 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely thrilled and happy with ALL of your BeauTeaBar purchases, therefore we will gladly accept returns on any items that did not meet your expectations. We simply ask that you comply with the following terms:

For damaged or defective products (or if you received an incorrect item):

Please notify us within 10 days of receipt by completing the "Return Form" below.
You may choose to have us replace the item, or receive a full refund for the purchase price. 
Returns will be issued within 2 business days from receipt of returned item.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase: 

Returns will be accepted on all non-sale items within 14 days of purchase date (items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns).
Returns must be in original packaging as received.
The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the cost of shipping, applied discounts, or value-added gift items and will be issued via store credit only.
Returns will be issued within 2 business days from receipt of returned item. 

 EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY:

  • We cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles of Strange Invisible Perfumes. However, every bottle will ship with a sample for you to try before opening. If you are unsatisfied with the sample, you may return the unopened and unused perfume to us by following the procedure outline above. 
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED FROM OUR STORE. 
ALL PURCHASES IN OUR COLD SPRING HARBOR  BOUTIQUE ARE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POLICY STATED IN STORE AND PRINTED ON YOUR RECEIPT.
